About Mainstay
A Valued Seattle Employment Resource for Over Three Decades
Seattle businesses and community members have had Mainstay as a career resource since 1980. That’s when Mainstay was established, in partnership with Seattle Central Community College in the heart of Capitol Hill.

Mainstay is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF International) for employment planning services, job development, job support, and job-site training.

Vision and Mission
To enhance opportunities for job seekers while highlighting individual choice. You receive voluntary learning opportunities through our centralized location in the heart of Seattle. We also provide training based on work experience settings, both at our campus and in the community.
